Chicago Latino 100 is an independent non-partisan Political Action Committee focused on promoting responsible political leadership as well as encouraging business networking for our members. We engage in political action by raising and providing funds to politicians with goals and objectives in line with our organizational mission. By spending time on our site you will learn some of our values, but briefly they include: responsible leadership, opportunities in contracting for qualified minority vendors; and legislation to empower important Latino initiatives.

As a consequence of our political action, members also join the organization for its ability to bring together like minded Latino professionals and business leaders. Many of our members proudly do business with one another as a means to collectively move their individual careers forward. Our organization believes we will be strengthened by the individual success of each member. As such, we strongly encourage networking among the members as well as hosting networking events with other organizations.

We are proud that our members are all engaged politically and all have achieved great success in their individual career pursuits. Many of our members are Lawyers, financial services professionals, developers, engineers and doctors. While all have diverse careers, as an organization we uniformly believe we must work together to improve leadership and opportunities for the Latino community.

While our organization operates locally, we hope to enlist nine sister cities across the country in the near future to continue moving our agenda on larger National agenda items.
